Orange Tea Cake

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Baking time - 50 minutes

Serves - 3-4

Ingredients

1+1/2 cup AP Flour

1 Cup Sugar

1 tsp Baking soda

12 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup Orange juice

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Orange zest

Method

  1. Whisk together all the dry ingredients, and set aside.

  2. Whisk together all the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, gradually and whisk unal fully combined.

  4. Pour the batter into a prepared tin and bake, in a preheated oven @ 175°C for 30-35 mins.

  5. Allow to cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
