Recipe

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Cooking time - 15 minutes

Serves - 4-5

Ingredients

200g Digestive biscuits

200g Dark chocolate

150g Marshmallows

Method

  1. Crush 50g biscuits and set well at the bottom of a baking dish or skillet.

  2. Top with crushed chocolate and marshmallows.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows have turned golden-brown.

  4. Serve with the remaining digestive biscuits.
