Banana Berry Smoothie

Serves - 1-2

Ingredients

1 ripe Banana

1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or your choice)

1/2 cup Plain yogurt

1/2 cup Milk

1 tbsp Honey

Ice cubes

Method

  1. Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.

  2. Add the mixed berries, plain yogurt, milk, and honey (if desired).

  3. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.

  4. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add some ice cubes and blend again.

  5. Pour your Banana Berry Smoothie into a glass, and it’s ready to enjoy!

  6. Serve immediately!
