Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe Banana
1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or your choice)
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Honey
Ice cubes
Method
Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.
Add the mixed berries, plain yogurt, milk, and honey (if desired).
Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add some ice cubes and blend again.
Pour your Banana Berry Smoothie into a glass, and it’s ready to enjoy!
Serve immediately!
