Lemon Iced Tea

Recipe

Cooking time- 10 minutes

Serves- 3-4 people

Ingredients

10g - 15g Black tea leaves

1 ltr Water

3 tbsp Lemon juice

Sugar as required

Method

  1. In a large pot, boil the water. Once it starts boiling, add in the tea leaves. Once the tea starts blooming and the water gets its colour add the sugar. Once the sugar is completely incorporated, take the water off the heat.

  2. Once the tea mixture has cooled, add in the lemon juice and put in the chiller for 2 hours.

  3. Serve cold, with ice cubes and garnish with mint.
