Spinach and Date Salad

Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 5 minutes

Serves - 2-3

Ingredients

3 tbsp Date syrup

3/4 cup Date Crown Fard Dates (chopped)

1/4 cup Lemon juice

2/3 cup Olive oil

2 small Onions (sliced)

1 bunch / 2 handfuls Baby spinach

Method

  1. In a blender add Date syrup, oil and lemon juice.

  2. Blend until completely combined and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, add the chopped dates, spinach and onions.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad.

  5. Toss well and serve immediately.
