Garlic, Lemon and Herb Potatoes

Serves - 2-4

Ingredients

2 Big Potatoes (diced)

Sauce

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Fresh parsley

1/3 cup Yogurt

1 tbsp Olive oil

Garlic powder A/R

Salt A/R

Method

  1. Dice the potatoes into bite sized cubes, and fry till crispy.

  2. Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce. Keep mixing till fully combined. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.

  3. Toss the fried potatoes in the sauce, garnish with parsley and serve !
