Tzatziki

Recipe

Preparation time -20 - 25 minutes

Cooking time - 5 minutes

Serves - 2-3

Ingredients

1 Persian cucumber

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 Lemon (juice)

1 Clove of garlic (grated)

1.5 tbsp Dill

Salt

Pepper

Method

  1. Grate the cucumber, add a pinch of salt and set aside for 15-20 minutes or till it leaves water.

  2. Squeeze out all the excess water.

  3. Add the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and dill into the cucumber. Mix well.

  4. Add the salt and pepper, garnish and serve immediately.
