Spicy Green Beans

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Cooking time - 10 minutes

Serves - 2-3

Ingredients

2 tbsp Sesame oil

2 Garlic cloves (diced)

1 tbsp Ginger (diced)

2 tsp Red pepper flakes

2 cups Green beans

2 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Cornflour

1/3 cup Cashews (chopped)

Method

  1. In a bowl add soy sauce, Cornflour and vinegar. Set aside.

  2. In a pan heat the oil. Add the ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the beans and water. And cook for 4-5 minutes.

  4. Pour in the cornflour mix and cashews and cook.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, transfer to a serving dish, garnish and serve immediately.
