Baking time - 30 minutes
Makes - 12-15 pieces
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup flour (packed)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C
Melt 1/2 cup butter and set aside.
Melt your chocolate on a double boiler, and add the melted butter to it and cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and yogurt. Once it is fully combined, add the cooled chocolate mixture.
Fold in the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Transfer the batter to a lined baking tin.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 180°C for 28-30 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!!
Chef’s tips
Cut into pieces once it’s fully cooled to prevent it from crumbling.
Don’t forget to line your tray with parchment to make it easier to de-mould.
