Healthy Oat Cookies

The perfect “guilt-free” cookies that can be made quickly during those midnight hangry moments!

Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 5 minutes

Baking time - 10 minutes

Makes - 8 cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats

1 large ripe Banana

40 - 60 gms dark Chocolate

3 tbsp Peanut butter

Method

  1. Mash the bananas completely.

  2. Add in the peanut butter. Mix well.

  3. Add in the oats and chocolate chips, make sure to incorporate completely.

  4. Line a tray with parchment paper, roll the mix into tiny balls.

  5. Press slightly at the top.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.

Chef’s tips

  1. If you’re using unsweetened peanut butter, add 1.5 tbsp of date syrup or 1 tbsp of maple syrup.

  2. You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter.

  3. Use crunchy peanut butter to add more texture to the cookies.
