Strawberry Panna Cotta
Recipe
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Chilling time - 8 hours - overnight
Ingredients
Milk mixture
1 cup milk
3/4 cup cream
1 tsp Agar agar
1/3 cup Sugar
Pinch of salt
Strawberry mixture
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Agar agar
2 cups Chopped strawberry
Method
In a pan mix the milk and cream, mix until completely combined.
Add the agar agar and mix well.
Add in the sugar and mix well, and allow the mixture to cool.
In another pan, add in the chopped strawberries and cook till mushy.
Mix the agar agar with 2 tbsp of warm water.
Add in the agar agar mixture to the strawberry. Allow the mixture to cool.
Mix the milk mixture and strawberry mixture, add the mixture into a mould and refrigerate 8 hours - overnight.
Add a few chopped strawberries, and serve cold!
