Vanilla Sponge Cake

Baking time - 25 minutes
Ingredients
1.5 cup AP flour
3/4th cup Caster sugar
1 + 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Yogurt
3 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Method
In a large bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla and yogurt. Mix till the sugar has completely dissolved.
Add the oil into the yogurt and mix well.
Add in the baking soda and baking powder, and wait till the mixture turns frothy.
Whisk in half the flour and mix well, then add in the second half.
Whisk in the milk and pour into a lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 175°C for 25 minutes or till a toothpick comes out completely clean from the centre.
Top with any toppings or frost with buttercream!
