Homemade Nutella

Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup hazelnuts (toasted + skin removed)

2 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil

1 tbsp sugar

Pinch of salt

2.5 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4th cup melted chocolate

Method

  1. Add the toasted hazelnuts to a blender. Blend till coarse.

  2. Add the sugar, coconut oil and cocoa powder and blend.

  3. Add the melted chocolate.

  4. Keep blending till you get a flowy consistency.

  5. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
