Greek Salad

Recipe

Preparation time - 20 minutes

Cooking time - 5 minutes

Serves - 4-5

Ingredients -

1/2 Cucumber

4/5 Cherry tomatoes

200g Feta cheese

50g Kalamata olives

1/2 Red onion

5 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Method

  1. Slice the red onions and pour olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper on them. Allow to rest for 15 mins.

  2. In a bowl, add thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. Mix it well.

  3. Cut the block of feta roughly and add to the above mixture. Mix well.

  4. Add the onions to the above mixture. Mix lightly and top with pepper.

  5. Serve immediately!
