Malai Broccoli

Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Marination time - 20 minutes

Cooking time - 30 minutes

Serves - 2-3

Ingredients

1/2 cup Hung curd

1/4 cup Cream

2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

20 cashews (soak it in warm water and blend)

1/4 tbsp Cardamom powder

1/2 tbsp Salt

1/4 cup Paneer (grated)

1/4 tbsp Black pepper

1 head of Broccoli (cut into florets)

Method

  1. Blanch the broccoli florets for 1 min in hot water and then take it out and put it in ice water, allow them to dry.

  2. In a bowl add the blanched broccoli, followed by the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. All the mixture to marinate for 20 mins to an hour before frying/baking.

  4. If baking, bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes or until they look ready.

  5. Garnish and serve immediately.
