Baked Yogurt

Recipe

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Baking time - 8-10 minutes

Serves - 4-5

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup fresh cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

2 tbsp date syrup (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl, add the yogurt, cream and condensed milk. Mix well for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add the date syrup, pour the yogurt into oven proof bowls.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Once done baking, allow them to cool and put them in the refrigerator.
