Ingredients

2 Savoiardi biscuits + 1 for garnish

1 scoop Coffee ice cream

1 scoop Vanilla ice cream

2 oz. Espresso

Chocolate shavings for garnish

Method

1. Crush the savoiardi and add to a bottom of a glass.

2. Add the coffee ice cream and vanilla ice cream.

3. Pour over the coffee.

4. Garnish with 1 savoiardi and chocolate shavings.

Chef’s tips

1. You can use 2 scoops of coffee ice cream or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
