Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Coffee chia pudding

3/4 cup warm milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2.5 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp brewed coffee

2 tbsp maple syrup

3.5 tbsp chia seeds

Mascarpone Chia Pudding

1/2 cup warm milk

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp whipped coconut cream

Method

Chocolate Chia Pudding
1. Mix the warmed milk, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, maple syrup add the chia seeds and let sit for 15 mins to thicken.
Mascarpone Cream Chia Pudding
1. Mix the warmed milk, almond extract add chia seeds and let sit for 15 minutes to thicken. Mix in the whipped coconut cream.
2. Add to a jar, top with cocoa powder.
